Walk with me out on the wire

I had a reaction to a supplement tonight, and it freaked me out. If only for a moment I thought I was going to die. I turned bright red on my face and ears at first, and then slowly it went down my body as my blood pumped it down 6 feet of form. Pounding throbbing bright red and tingly like a massive an instantaneous sunburn. Up jumped the devil red as you like.

I thought about my father. How his head hit the pavement so hard, he was out cold when he fell and had no chance to brace himself. 50 year old man dies in a few seconds walking across a parking lot...just like that.

It only takes 4 seconds to hit the water when you jump off the Golden Gate bridge. Approx speed is 75 mph. Slim chance of survival if you hit feet first, and at an angle (straight and you drown before you can surface)

I would rather jump than die of a vitamin complication on a carpet in suburbia.

Would you jump if you knew it was over? Would my father have jumped that day if he knew he was about to drop dead? Would you take your cell? Leave a note?

At the moment I'm glad to be alive, but always aware of death.

Yep death and impermanence....

Hey if I don't see ya happy effin' holidays.

PS Lifetime Fitness is soooo worth it

Who's with me?!

Bush loves to talk about Iraq at military bases. (lest there be any protestors on hand)

It's like taking your case for legalization to the people, but only speaking at Grateful Dead shows.

so much going on these days, forget about instinct that's not what pays

There are a few signs in my neighborhood encouraging you to vote for Prop 2. The signs feature the equation marriage = a man + a woman. To me this is silly, you might as well have a sign that says ‘Ice cream = vanilla & chocolate, vote no to strawberry letter 23’

I know I’ve ranted on this a million times, but now that it’s on the ballot I gotta go again.

If you don’t believe in gay marriage don’t have one.

How would it feel to find your soul mate, and find that the law prohibits your marriage? Consenting adults should be free to choose for themselves, don’t you think?

Remember liberty? Some of our grandfathers fought and died for it, and while it’s a bit out of fashion at the moment I think it’s still worth voting for.

How can this be viewed as anything other than homophobic and in a way sexist?

Whatever your thoughts on gay people or marriage, remember consenting adults should have equal rights.

Do the right thing Texas.
